Freelance/contract Delivery & Marketing Automation specialist

For a global Danish company we are looking for a freelance Marketing Automation specialist to join the newly formed customer experience personalization team. You will be part of an ambitious team who are building a world class E2E marketing automation platform as part of the companies new strategy and transformation. In the personalization team you will work closely together with the team lead and other personalization specialists. The wider team will consist of content, web and data experts. As the Delivery and Automation Specialist you are passionate about using marketing automation platforms and to operationalize the experience in order to create consumer experiences that add value to the end user.

We’re looking for an experienced specialist to deliver both conversion and customer engagement marketing activities, in ordertoachieve the agreed customer and commercial targets. You will be responsible for building industry-leading campaigns and journeys that leverage the power of the leading marketing platform -Bloomreach. Focusing on a specific product-type, journey or lifecycle phase depending on the business priority, you will help build automated journeys and campaigns using all available channels. 

Profile:

  • Digital automation specialist with proven experience in delivering automated campaigns and journeys
  • Strong executer with hands-on experience 
  • Experienced in working with Bloomreach or similar marketing platforms as well as CRM/e-mail marketing systems e.g. HubSpot 
  • Passionate about ensuring that the customer is in the centre of personalized and automated consumer experiences 
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Good analytical skills and methodical approach 
  • Appreciation and comfortable with International cultures and settings
  • Full business proficiency in English

Scope:
Full time for 6-12 months
Timing: Start Q1 2023 or earlier
Place:Copenhagen area OR Hybrid, with some traveling
