Sr. Marketing Analyst - Permanent Position

For the Personalisation Team we are looking for a Marketing Analyst to deliver data insights, build excellent reports and data visualisations for use in the whole Performance Marketing team. We need someone to analyse the personalisation activation, analyse and report the primary marketing KPI’s, build a proper reporting and data visualisation framework, and bring insights from the personalisation dataset to the broader Brand Marketing team.We are looking for a profile with analytical skills and someone who will thrive in productising dashboards and reports with a focus on data quality, keen analysis of KPI’s, and customer insights from our personalisation data and segments.

  • As Marketing Analyst, you will:
  • Analyse and report on our personalisation activation performance. This includes web-layer performance, intent capture, direct frontend personalisation and lead generation
  • Analyse segmentation usage and in collaboration with our segmentation specialist recommend segmentation changes and optimisations
  • Manage stakeholders in the broader Brand Marketing team and help facilitate better data usage, alignment on KPI’s and a shared view on customers insights and reporting
  • Analyse our personalisation data to generate customer insights for use outside the Performance Marketing team
  • Build reports and dashboards for the main KPI’s and performance data in Performance Marketing


  • 5+ years of experience with data analysis and reporting, preferable in digital marketing
  • You have an analytical and structured mind
  • You can articulate analyses and data to a broad audience
  • You can maintain multiple ongoing tasks and projects and ensure delivery on time and to specifications
  • You can maintain a continued quality of reports and dashboards, always ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Work well with stakeholders on multiple levels and nationalities
  • Have experience in Power BI
  • Are comfortable working with SQL and in BigQuery/Snowflake or similar data lake, big data systems
  • Are fluent in English
