Freelance Marketing Coordinator for Global Service Team in a Leading Technology Company

Join a dynamic, global technology company looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to support its Service and Aftermarket organization.

The Service and Aftermarket organization includes training, education, service programs, on-demand services, and a dedicated service sales team.

You will be responsible for a wide variety of coordination and administrative tasks, helping the team streamline operations and execute on key initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking charge and making things happen in a fast-paced b2b, international and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the direct manager with a wide range of tasks, supporting day-to-day operations
• Create and coordinate content for social media platforms and newsletters
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication
• Prepare one-pagers and project summaries
• Upload and coordinate recurring news updates and case studies via Asana
• Produce and distribute monthly newsletters
• Draft and distribute internal and external emails

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools is essential
• Good writing skills and knowledge of marketing
• Full working proficiency in English
• A “can-do” attitude, able to execute tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with excellent communication skills
• Experience with project coordination or project management support in similar international roles is preferred

 

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Odense, with the remainder remote
Time Commitment: Minimum 30 hours per week, up to full-time
Duration: 8 months, with the potential for extension or permanent employment
