We are in search of an Interim Project Coordinator for the marketing team at a leading global company with a profound sense of purpose. We seek an individual who excels in coordinating tasks within content management, is adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously, and possesses strong skills in interacting with internal and external stakeholders. This role provides a dynamic work environment and an opportunity to contribute to the success of a significant project within the company.


Timelines and task management: 

  • Develop  and maintain project timelines together with the Content project manager
  • Ensure tasks are organized, assigned, and tracked efficiently.
  • Prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Task coordination:

  • Coordinate tasks with various stakeholders and external partners.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between team members.
  • Ensure that project goals and objectives are understood by all involved parties.

Travel arrangements:

  • Arrange travel when required for team members.
  • Coordinate travel logistics such as flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Asset management and upload:

  • Maintain an organized asset library.
  • Upload assets to the content management system (CMS).
  • Ensure accurate tagging and metadata for assets.
  • Combine content packages as needed for various projects.
  • Quality check content packages before distribution.

Other tasks:

  • Create and format presentation decks.
  • Quality check uploaded content on the website


  • Detail-oriented: Must possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in tasks.
  • Content production experience (a plus): Previous experience in content production is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Visual aesthetics: Ability to understand and maintain visual aesthetics, including image cropping and adhering to technical parameters.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills: Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
  • Time management: Efficiently manage timelines and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • A passion for content and a strong interest in maintaining high-quality content standards.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management tools is advantageous.
  • The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential.

Scope: Full-time until June 2024 - with a possibility to extend it
Location: On-site at HQ north of Copenhagen and possibility for remote work
Timing: Start during October/November
