Freelance Project Manager 

We are seeking a Freelance Project Manager/Coordinator to join the Digital Marketing & Enablement team at a global company in the building solutions industry. In this role you will play a critical role in supporting both the team leader and the Product Information Management (PIM) team.
This is a high-impact support role with a dual focus. The primary responsibility will be to offload administrative and project-related tasks from the team lead, while also providing support for the PIM team.
This position is ideal for an experienced, hands-on project manager/coordinator with digital savvy and strong organizational skills, who can onboard quickly and operate independently with minimal oversight.

Role:

Support to team leader :
- Coordinate ongoing digital projects
- Manage project-related admin tasks such as meeting coordination, pre-alignments, calendar bookings, invoice handling and ad-hoc requests
- Conduct ongoing budget tracking and financial follow-ups.
- Act as an operational anchor to free up time for the team lead

Support to PIM Team:
- Support and participate in Scrum meetings and agile processes
- Drive cross-project alignment between the team and the PIM project
- Develop and maintain stakeholder maps and role/responsibility documentation.
- Contribute to process development and internal coordination efforts.

Profile:

- Experienced project manager/coordinator
- Brings the maturity and confidence to rengage directly with senior executive stakeholders, including department heads and cross-functional leads.
- Demonstrates a strong “can-do” mindset – proactive, dependable, and capable of driving execution without close supervision.
- Comfortable operating in a dual-reporting structure, with shifting priorities between digital marketing and product information teams.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments within large, global matrix organizations.
- Highly structured and organized, with strong follow-through and a process-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Danish is a plus, but not a requirement.

Scope: Full-time freelance
Duration: Through December 2026.
Location: Hybrid – North of Copenhagen  (onsite presence required min 3 days)
