Strategic Marketing and Operations Manager(CMO's right hand)
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join the team working as the right hand for the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at a leading global technology company.
In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to the CMO in various aspects of their role, including business reviews, strategy development and planning, presentations, project management, workshop facilitation, and general project support. You will be a key driver of efficiency and productivity within the marketing department, contributing to the success of the global marketing initiatives.
Role:
- Strategic Advisor:
- Collaborate closely with the CMO to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights, data analysis, and recommendations to drive marketing effectiveness. - Project Management:
- Lead and oversee critical marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure project goals and timelines are met while coordinating cross-functional teams. - Communication:
- Assist in crafting clear and compelling communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation as needed. - Team Coordination:
- Foster collaboration within the marketing team and across departments.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions. - Efficiency Enhancement:
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices to optimize marketing operations. - Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive support on various marketing projects, including research, data analysis, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing for meetings and special projects.
Profile:
- Experience and passion for marketing and an interest in new technology
- Background from an agency, such as a Senior Account Director or Strategic Planner, management consulting, or a comparable role on the corporate side, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). - Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. - Full english working proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Location: 2-3 days at the office on Fyn as well as remote
Scope: Fulltime - interim with possiblity for permanent hire
