Freelance Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to join the marketing team at  a global pharma company. You will be collaborating with internal stakeholders, the nordic markets, and freelancer. coordinate various aspects of marketing projects, ensuring seamless execution, and contributing to the success of the marketing initiatives.

Role:

  • Facilitate communication between internal teams, the market, and freelancers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage briefing processes, drafts, and implement feedback effectively.
  • Coordinate the localization of SEO articles, advertisements, emails, and other marketing materials
  • Oversee and manage approval processes to ensure timely reviews and approvals from relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with regulatory teams to comply with industry standards.
  • Utilize project management tools, particularly Asana, for effective project planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates, and ensure projects are on track.

Profile:

  • Proven experience in project management from agency and/or marketing department at corporate side
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Experience in coordinating localization processes and managing approval workflows.
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Ideally native speaking Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian

Scope: 15-20 hours per week with flexibility based on project needs and until May/June
Location: North of Copenhagen
