Interim online sales/digital marketing specialist

We are looking for an Interim online sales/Digital Marketing Specialist to join  a global company renowned for its innovative products, strong purpose and market presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s digital marketing activity and online sales. And  to secure smooth execution and cooperation with on-line sales teams, marketing and regional stakehholders.

Role:

  • Responsible for supporting of day-to-day management of the companies branded e-shops
  • Ensure that the product portfolio remains consistent across all company websites by collaborating with project teams, shop managers, and product managers
  • Support and execute online marketing campaigns in partnership with various departments including regional marketing, logistics, legal, and marketing communication teams
  • Assist in implementing the e-commerce strategy both locally and regionally, working closely with the global and regional teams
  • Work with the Online Sales Organization to optimize sales through the company’s online shops
  • Share and implement best practices, particularly in areas like paid media and analytics
  • Collaborate with global online sales and performance marketing teams to enhance the SEO ranking and visibility of the branded e-shops, ensuring balanced traffic distribution between marketing sites
  • Evaluate customer feedback with the commercial strategy team and customer service to make improvements that support key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure compliance with data security and GDPR regulations
  • Prepare comprehensive campaign analyses for discounted promotions to improve future marketing efforts
  • Plan, support, and execute regional projects aimed at increasing consistency and achieving business KPIs

Profile:

  • Strong marketing and sales skills to develop integrated, effective sales and marketing plans
  • Experience in online sales or online marketing management
  • Good at stakeholder management and in collaborating across different cultures and national boundaries
  • Operational experience and knowledge of Google AdWords, META, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Strong analytical skills is a must
  • Proactive attitude with a strong initiative
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in online sales or online marketing management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent

Scope: Interim position fulltime for 8-10 months
Timing: Start end of August
Location: Hybrid role with a combination of remote and on-site work at HQ north of Copenhagen
