Healthcare copywriter for CRM/email marketing

For a global healthcare company, with headquarters in Denmark, we are looking for an experienced copywriter with a track-record of writing engaging content for pharmaceutical companies operating in the consumer space. Ideally, the creative has a performance marketing mindset and understands what drives intended behaviors on digital channels. We're specifically looking for talent that can write for email and mobile channels and understands the possibilities and limitations of the channels respectively. You should be motivated by working with hypothesis testing in their work and interested in following the metrics of content to gauge success and areas to improve. We expect english (US or UK) to be your mother tongue and that you have experience from leading agencies and/or brands in the healthcare industry.

You will be working closely with the CRM marketing team and on briefings coming out of them. As part of a global remote marketing team it’s an advantage if you are familiar with Asana or similar project management tools.

The client works strategically with freelancers and are looking to form a long term and on-going relationship. The scope is approximately 2 days per week with flexibility to plan the work according to your own schedule and other projects. As a minimum you should be able to commit to a 6 month period.

Digital designer who can produce display banners 

For a global healthcare client we are looking for a skilled graphic designer. Experience from healthcare clients is a plus.

The project will run throughout 2022 and will consist of developing and adjusting existing graphics, images and banners for 6 congresses that the client will participate in. The content will be used on web-sites, emails and banners on owned and paid media. The target group for the communication is Health Care Professionals and you will be part of an international team of project managers, designers and copywriters who all work remotely.

For each congress, content will be developed approximately 2 month in advance in order to have time for development and approvals. Timing of congress’s will be March, May, June, August, Sep and Dec.

We expect you to be:

  • Able to produce display banners in accordance to the tech specifications and formats from the media agency
  • Experienced in producing HTML5 and video display banners in various formats
  • Familiar with working with CVI’s and brand guidlines for global brands
  • Structures and detail oriented
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Available through out all of 2022 for all the campaigns
  • Flexibility in working with the content in a period of 2-3 weeks for each congress is needed and you need to be familiar with working in Figma.

English native medical copywriter

For a global healthcare client we are looking for an English native copywriter. Preferably also with experience from writing medical content.

The project will run throughout 2022 and will consist of campaign development and copy for 6 congresses that the client will participate in. The copywriter should help develop the campaigns and content for web-sites, emails and banners on owned and paid media targeting Health Care Professionals.

For each congress, content will be developed approximately two month in advance in order to have time for development and approvals and be ready to go live one month before the congress. Timing of congress’s will be March, May, June, August, Sep and Dec. and you will be part of an international team of project managers, designers and graphical production people.

We expect you to be:

  • Experienced with display banners and writing engaging short copy for digital channels
  • Structured and detail oriented
  • Native english with expereince within healthcare
  • Available through out all of 2022 for all the campaigns
  • Flexible in working with the content in a period of 2-3 weeks for each congress
  • Familiar with working in Figma or similar

Freelance UX’er til nyt web 3.0 projekt

Hvis du kunne tænke dig at være med til at udvikle en helt ny web 3.0 løsning fra bunden, så er chancen her nu. Til et globalt team søger vi en dansk freelance UX’er som får en central rolle på projektet.

Du er en klassisk UX’er og dit arbejder bliver primært at beskrive personas, udvikle flows og skabe informationsarkitektur. Du bliver også involveret i interactions design, usability og en masse andre ting, som en del af et team som udvikler en helt ny løsning. Kunden forventer ikke, at du kommer med en masse erfaring fra andre web 3.0 projekter, men vigtigst af alt, at du er nysgerrig og interesserer dig for de nye muligheder som web 3.0 og blockchain giver. Du kommer til at træde på uberørt grund og skal være orienteret mod at udnytte ny teknologi til at skabe nye services og brugervenlige løsninger. Din rolle vil være 70% research og 30% UX.

Du bliver en del af et globalt team bestående af top folk indenfor UI design, service design, data analyse og web 3.0 udvikling, som alle arbejder remote. Scopet er fuldtid i min 4-6 måneder.

Profil:

  • Klassisk UX'er og gerne med erfaring fra innovationsprojekter, startups eller andre nytænkende løsninger
  • Erfaring med at udvikle personas og flows - gerne fra communities eller større web-sites med stor trafik og masser af bruger interaktion
  • Brugernes ambassadør som altid har den gode brugeroplevelse i centrum og som kan se de muligheder som ny teknologi giver for at skabe disse

We are looking for a display banner specialist to help develop and produce a range of display banner campaigns next year.The campaigns will be spread out through the year starting in January. The banners will be displayed on various global web-sites and will be executed in close corporation with a freelance designer/animator and a media agency. Customer service specialist/community manager

 

For one of our global customers we are looking an experienced customer service specialist/community manager. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound requests from customers across different markets
  • Community management across social media platforms
  • Moderate and monitor reviews on App Stores, Trustpilot & TrustSpot
  • Securing that customers are met with professional and friendly service in their native language
  • Creating and handling orders and returns for customers to enable a seamless customer experience
  • Making sure that the answers provided to the customers are compliant with local regulations
  • Reporting any pharmacovigilance or quality related cases to relevant affiliate
