Interim/freelance E-Commerce Coordinator

We are looking for an Interim/freelance E-Commerce Coordinator to support the global rollout of a B2B E-Commerce store across 19 markets. As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and shaping the future online presence of a well-established global company headquartered in Copenhagen.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about e-commerce and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination with Markets & Marketing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local markets, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
• Coordinate the localization review process, ensuring content is adapted and optimized for each market.
• Gather and provide feedback on content ideas, ensuring a seamless blend of global and local strategies.
• Support SEO optimization efforts to enhance the visibility of our online store in local search results.

Onboarding & Training
• Develop comprehensive guides and how-to documentation to support local teams.
• Conduct training sessions and prepare materials to ensure a smooth onboarding process for local teams onto the new platform.

Rollout & Hypercare Support
• Consolidate and analyze feedback from local markets during the rollout phase.
• Communicate effectively with teams to track and resolve issues during the hypercare period.
• Assist in bug tracking and collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure swift resolution.

Content Management (CMS/DXP)
• Manage the creation of initial web pages within our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) by developing and proofreading content.
• Oversee content across all 19 markets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Implement content governance, including permissions and roles, to maintain proper access control.

Marketing Activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create email flows for new and existing customers, supporting engagement and retention.
• Develop email templates in coordination with the marketing department to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Create communication packages tailored to the needs of local markets, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Coordinate and distribute marketing materials across various markets.

A/B Testing
• Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize user experience and enhance site performance.

Your Profile:

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, eager to support global teams and drive success.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CMS/DXP platforms, SEO, and digital marketing.
• Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Timing: Start in November or as soon as possible
Location: Copenhagen - on-site min. 3-4 days a week
Scope: Fulltime until end of 2025
