CLOSED – Freelance Digital Technology Project Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive freelance Digital Technology Project Manager to lead website migration projects, technology implementations, and subscription management. This role is not hands-on technical but requires strong project ownership, stakeholder coordination, and clear documentation to ensure transparency, knowledge transfer, and long-term sustainability.
The ideal candidate excels at turning technical information into structured documentation, project plans, and reports that can be easily understood by both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Role
1. Website Migration Ownership
Lead the migration of websites from external vendors to in-house platforms.
Oversee domain transfers, CMS migration, and analytics/tracking setup.
Coordinate DNS setup with IT teams and vendors.
Create detailed documentation of migration steps, architecture changes, and governance processes.
Maintain stakeholder-facing reports and progress updates.
Manage change management activities during and after migrations.
Present the migration approach and business value to stakeholders.
2. Technology & Solution Implementation
Coordinate the implementation of IQVIA OneKey solution (or similar martech tools).
Translate technical documentation into actionable tasks for developers and stakeholders.
Document workflows, integration processes, and technical decisions for future reference.
Ensure project timelines are accurate, updated, and well-communicated.
Manage change management post-implementation to drive adoption and user confidence.
3. Technology Subscription
Management. Own and track all digital technology subscriptions and licenses.
Maintain documentation of contracts, renewal schedules, and usage insights.
Ensure timely renewals and payments.
Assess usage, optimize costs, and recommend improvements.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Digital Program Manager, or Martech Coordinator.
- A background as a developer is preferred
- Strong background in creating clear documentation: technical specs, project plans, governance manuals, and stakeholder reports
- Familiarity with web technologies, CMS platforms, domains/DNS, and analytics.
- Ability to digest technical documentation and translate it into business tasks.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with change management in digital/IT projects.
- Proficiency in project management tool - like ASANA, JIRA
- Registered and based in Poland as a self-employed business and holds a valid NIP (Tax Identification Number)
Scope: Approx. 100 hours per month
Location: Based in Poland - remote work. Krakow presence an advantage, but not a requirement
