Freelance Marketing Automation Specialist 

For our client -  a global pharma company with a strong purpose - we are seeking detail oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Automation Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing the  marketing processes and driving personalized customer engagement through marketing automation tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, manage, and improve automated campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Role

  • Design, implement, and manage automated marketing campaigns using platforms like Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, SFMC, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar tools.
  • Build and optimize workflows, email templates, landing pages, and forms to support marketing initiatives.
  • Setting up webhooks and API connections (with guidance)
  • Segment and maintain marketing databases to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop engaging assets for campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance, landing pages, and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations in all marketing activities.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in marketing automation tools and techniques.

Profile

  • 4-5 years of professional experience in marketing automation or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, SFMC, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, lead nurturing, and CRM integration.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for customizing responsive email templates and landing pages (must)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across international teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies such as lead scoring, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
    Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Registered in Poland as a self-employed business and holds a valid NIP (Tax Identification Number)

 

Timing: ASAP
Scope: Fulltime B2B contract for 3-6 months - permanent employment a possibility for the right profile
Location: Fully remote – but based in Poland - ideally near the clients digital hub in Kraków
