CLOSED Scrum Master / QA Engineer

For our Client from the telecom sector we are looking for QA Engineer with SM experience

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days a week at the office)

We are looking for a hands-on QA Engineer combined with Scrum Master responsibilities to join our online team.

We do not have an automation framework in place today. Testing is mainly done manually.
They plan to introduce automation using Java and Selenium. At the same time, the focus of the assignment will be on manual testing while gradually build up the automation step by step.

The role includes:
Performing both manual and automated testing (test case creation, execution and follow-up)Understanding dependent systems and validating integrations end-to-endMaintaining and monitoring test environments to ensure service availabilityCoordinating with dependent teams to secure and validate test dataSupporting production stability by analyzing incidents, reproducing issues, and providing clear defect descriptions to developersDriving agile ways of working, facilitating retrospectives, and ensuring Scrum processes are followed
