CLOSED Scrum Master (Tetra Pak Processing Equipment AB)

The position is a temporary contract as Scrum Master for one (or several) product development teams, working according to agile principles. It includes leading various Agile events and activies, like stand-ups, backlog management, sprint planning and PI planning. It also includes alignment and sync between different development teams, together with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Product Managers.
Expectations on the candidate are:
• Extensive experience as Scrum Master.
• Ability to actively contribute to the LFS Agile methodology, fostering continuous improvements and team collaboration.
• Project management skills are also highly valued.
