We are seeking a skilled freelance Copy & Content Writer to support the launch of a new brand platform and website for a leading design-led manufacturer in the flooring industry, headquartered in Jutland and serving customers worldwide. The role is central to shaping a premium, design-led digital presence, combining storytelling and technical precision. The ideal candidate will have a critical eye for content strategy and brand alignment, understanding how to communicate effectively via a website and balance compelling copy with strong visuals.

Role

• Develop and adapt high-quality website copy reflecting the new brand platform, ensuring tone-of-voice consistency and premium positioning.

• Work closely with the web team to achieve the right balance between visuals and copy, creating a seamless and engaging digital experience.

• Ensure content reflects the strategic brand narrative and elevates the digital user journey.

• Produce copy and content for new collections/campaigns across channels, including web, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials. Creating both storytelling and technical/factual product descriptions.

• Support the development of email marketing and automation flow content.

• Native or near-native English writing skills with proven editorial and brand copy experience for international brands

• Demonstrated ability to align content strategy with visual design for web platforms.

• Strong background in working with premium brands, preferably within architecture, design, or lifestyle sectors.

• Ability to translate complex technical details into engaging, audience-focused copy.

• Critical eye for brand consistency, user experience, and tone-of-voice.

• Flexible, collaborative, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

• Scope(estimated): 100–110 hours/month Oct–Nov, 75–85 hours/month ongoing.

• Location: Preferably on-site in Herning, Jutland. Open for more remote setup with occasional on-site days

• Start date: September/October 2025.
