Freelance Marketing Automation Specialist

On behalf of a global pharmaceutical company based north of Copenhagen, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to strengthen the organisation’s digital HCP engagement (communication aimed at Health Care Professionals). This role will play a key part in ensuring effective, data-driven marketing activities across the entire digital funnel — from setting up flows and managing data, to conversion optimization and reporting.

You will be working on a broad scope of tasks that are both hands-on, analytical, and coordination-focused. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and experienced in working in larger, preferably international, setups.

Role
• Set up, optimise, and maintain email flows for HCP segments
• Ensure proper data integration and manage data flows across platforms
• Continuously monitor and optimise conversions and lead performance
• Track potential leads and send follow-up reminders to affiliates
• Implement tracking, quality-assure data, and ensure accurate measurement of activities
• Produce reports and develop effective marketing dashboards
• Contribute to ongoing ad hoc marketing and automation tasks
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders at a global level
• Support a scalable and structured setup for digital HCP engagement

Profile
• Experience with marketing automation and setting up email flows across the customer journey
• Solid understanding of data modelling, segmentation, and lead management
• Experience with tracking, conversion rate optimization, and performance analysis
• Experience in dashboard creation and KPI visualisation (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio)
• Familiarity with CRM and MA systems such as Braze, HubSpot, Veeva, or Salesforce
• Analytical, structured, and detail-focused approach to tasks
• Independent, proactive, and accustomed to navigating international and regulated environments
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to provide clarity to stakeholders
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Operates as a freelancer with own CVR number

Availability and Logistics
Start: As soon as possible
Duration: Ongoing collaboration
Scope: Approx. 15 hours per week
Location: Hybrid (on-site at the office and remote)
