Freelance Marketing Project Manager

We are looking for a Freelance Marketing Project Manager to support a globally recognized fintech company based in Copenhagen. This role is ideal for a structured and collaborative consultant who thrives on driving marketing initiatives from concept to execution across international markets.

You’ll take ownership of projects ranging from branding localization to full-cycle campaign delivery, involving coordination with in-house teams and external partners. The assignment spans 6–12 months, requiring approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility built into the schedule.

Role
• Lead and execute cross-functional marketing projects within branding and campaign management.
• Drive localization processes for global branding initiatives across markets.
• Manage campaign development from A to Z, from planning to execution and performance wrap-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams including brand, design, strategy, web, and media.
• Coordinate with external agencies and production partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Define project milestones and timelines, assign resources, and maintain team motivation.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensure alignment with commercial strategy.
• Track progress and ensure quality assurance across all marketing deliverables.
• Facilitate clear reporting and communication to senior stakeholders.
• Manage practical and administrative project tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and compliance.

Profile
• Solid experience as a marketing or project manager in an international, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record managing marketing campaigns and branding projects across multiple channels.
• Skilled at stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized with an ability to lead complex processes while juggling shifting priorities.
• Experience with content production and coordinating multi-channel deliverables.
• Familiarity with using project management platforms such as Monday.com is a plus.
• Prior exposure to fintech or the financial sector is beneficial but not required.

• Language: Full professional proficiency in English.
• Tools: Project planning (e.g., Monday), content production workflows, compliance management.
• Location: Hybrid preferred (onsite presence in Copenhagen occasionally), but remote can be accommodated.

Start: As soon as possible.
Duration: 6–12 months.
Weekly hours: 15–20 hours/week with flexibility across the week.
Location: Preference for profiles who can attend meetings in Copenhagen HQ occasionally; remote setup possible.
