Freelance SEO Specialist - Poland

For  a global company operating in a regulated industry we are currently looking for a freelance SEO Specialist to support on-page optimization and broader SEO initiatives across international markets. The ideal profile is a full-stack SEO specialist with hands-on experience in technical SEO, content planning, and on-page optimization, who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working collaboratively with international teams.

Role
• Support on-page SEO optimization across multiple markets and content hubs.
• Collaborate with editors and content teams to coordinate SEO-aligned content execution.
• Contribute to technical SEO improvements in close cooperation with internal digital teams.
• Assist in link building strategy development and execution.
• Work closely with a Senior SEO Specialist in the global digital team.
• Analyze SEO performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Use SEO tools to conduct audits, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Profile
• Proven SEO expertise across content strategy, technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
• Experience coordinating with content teams and managing editorial alignment (not copywriting).
• Experience in highly regulated industries (e.g. pharma, finance) is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with interpreting SEO KPIs and performance metrics.
• Experimenting with using AI in her/his SEO task – e.g. content creation flows.

• Languages: English (professional proficiency).
• Tools & Platforms: Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4.
• Location: Fully remote from Poland, with preference for Kraków-based candidates (for occasional face-to-face collaboration).
• Freelance setup and based in Poland

Availability and Logistics
• Start: January 2026
• Scope: 15–20 hours/week.
• Duration: 3-6 months with potential for extension until 2027
